‘Taxi Cat’ Catamaran Ferry

Catamaran Ferry ‘Taxi Cat’ is owned by Memula doo ferry company. At present, it serves the fast ferry lines in Orebic and Korcula archipelago, connecting Korcula, Orebic, and Lumbarda with nearby islands of Badija, Vrnik and Stupe.

Taxi Cat was built in 2017 by the Agena Marine shipyard in Biograd, Croatia, and sold to Memula doo to serve the visitors routes along Peljesac Channel.

About vessel

  • It is a 9,60 meters long, 3,30 meters wide fiber-reinforced composite hull vessel
  • The maximum speed of 20 knots
  • The full capacity is 18 passengers & 2 crew members

It is currently running all year round on the 9991 and 9992 ferry route that connects Korcula and Orebic with Badija, Vrnik, Stupe, and Lumbarda. For the 2022 season, it will also sail on Orebic to Korcula and back summer routes.
