    My husband and I want to take our car on a ferry from Pula to some of the islands however every route we look up states that only passenger ferries depart from pula.

    Is this correct?

    We will be traveling in mid September. Ideally we would like to travel from the Istrian peninsula to Dugi otok by ferry.

    We assumed Pula to Dugi Otok via Zadar would work, but if they don’t take cars, maybe not.

    Any guidance you have to get from Istria to Zadar/Dugi Otok would be greatly appreciated!!

    Yes, Chelsea, it is correct, there are no car ferries from Pula to Dugi otok.

    You have to drive around and take a car ferry to Dugi otok from Zadar
