Dubrovnik – middle of October and wanted to take a ferry north to Split

We will be in dubrovnik in the middle of October and wanted to take a ferry north to Split and, hopefully stop at one of the Islands. 

However, I cannot find any information about ferries out of Dubrovnik to Split or an island before Split at this time of year. 

please advise us if this is possible.
