    Hi! my name is Paula and im from Argentina, i’ve been trying to reserve a cabin, in July,  when i complete everything  my credit card gets rejeted!, me and my friend we both tried differents cards, and the same result, its weird bc we’ve been booking hoteles and other things, and they work perfectly so i dont understand! if someone can help me please

    is it likely that prices will change until August when I plan to travel?

    I been trying to buy two tickets to go from Bari to Dubrovnik on July

    When i put my credit card, the page says that it cannot charge and that we should try other credit card, the thing is we tried with 4 different cards and its always the same, we know for sure that those cards don’t have a problem bc we been using them to buy and reserve other things, so what can i do to ensure mi tickets??

    we are from Argentina i don’t know if that is important or not.

    We identified problem with you payments cards.

    You tried to book tickets with Visa and our system has extra card verification VBV (verified by Visa) http://www.visaeurope.com/en/cardholders/verified_by_visa.aspx .

    According to our data you didn’t get to that point so we couldn’t accept this payment.

    Please ask your bank issuer if this was set up for your card. Once all is sorted you can try to book your ticket again.

    Also it would be useful to advise bank that you are going to buy tickets from European company as bank can  consider this transaction as fraud.

    I tried to buy tickets online, but received a message “there are currently no timetables available for routes selected”.

    I want to take a ferry from Dubrovnik to Bari in September I read on this schedule that you have ferries leaving Dubrovnik between dates Sept. 1 to 22 on Sundays, but the time noted is 12:00. Please tell me if this means 12 noon, midday, arriving at 8 pm in the evening, or 12 midnight, arriving at 8 am in the morning.

    It is a midday departure.Arrival in Bari is scheduled at 19:30.Check all international departure times and details in yellow search box which is the most up to date info.
