Ferry from Rovinj/Rijeka/Pula to Hvar/Split/Stari Grad

I am interested in travelling from either Rovinj, Rijeka, or Pula to Hvar, Split, or Stari Grad on May 21st.
Are any ferries available at these times?

Summary:

Basically, there are ferries from Pula via several islands to Zadar and, separately ferries from Rijeka also via some islands all the way to Zadar.

Between Zadar and Split there are no ferries at the present, you have to use a bus, transfer, or Uber.

From Split towards the south, there are several ferry lines connecting Split via islands to Dubrovnik.
