    We are planning to take the ferry from Croatia to Venice and then want to go to Bologna by train or rental car.

    How far is it from the ferry terminal to the  train station?

    How far is it from the ferry terminal to a place where we can rent a car?

    Trains to Bologna leave from Venice (Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia) arriving at Bologna Centrale station.

    Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia aka train station in Venice is 1.4 km away from the San Basilio Passenger Ferry Terminal, Zattere (Venezia Terminal Passeggeri) whe you arrive.

    It will take you just 20 minutes to walk to the train station. Or you can get on Vaporetto too (Vaporetto is a water bus public service – get on no 2 line)
