    I would please like to know 2 things:

    1) is it possible to transport a car with 2 bicycles on the roof on local ferries?
    2) What the best way to get to Cres with the ferry if I’m coming from Plitvice Lakes?

    1/ Yes, you can take bicycles on the roof of your car on the local car ferry.

    2/ Perhaps Valbiska to Merag ferry is the most suitable option for you. Here is a map:

    So, drive from Plitvice Lakes to Krk Island (crossing the bridge) and take a car ferry from Valbiska to Merag on Cres island.
