AnaParticipantWe are planning a trip to Croatia in September 2017. We are planning to drive around Istria and then would like to take a ferry from Rijeka to Split. I just saw that the ferry route was re-introduced in 2017 but there is no additional information about the ferries going in September. Would very much appreciate a pointer to the schedule and the price of the tickets.
At the present we have no further info about re-introduction of this ferry line. I suggest you to plan an alternative route from Rijeka to Split (by bus https://www.travel-file.com/rijeka-split-buses.htm)
AnaParticipantMy wife and I wish to use the Prapratno – Sobra ferry, leaving at 13:00 on Thursday 15th June. We therefore need 2no foot passenger single tickets. Is it possible to pay in advance and book seats now, or do we have to come to the Jadrolinija office in Prapratno on 15th June and buy the tickets then?
We are concerned the ferry may be full and we will not get on unless we pre-book our tickets. No advance booking is available for these ferries, it is first come first serve service. It is a large ferry and it is very unlikely it will be so full that you will not get your place. yes, you buy your ticket on the spot in the port.
AnaParticipantPlease can you advise if I can book the car ferry from Zadar to Mali Losinj on Thursday 10th of August 2017.I am keen to book accommodation on the island but need to know if I can have space on the ferry before I book!
The Car Ferry route 401 you need from Zadar to Mali Losinj https://www.croatiaferries.com/zadar-malilosinj-ferry.htm is run by Jadrolinija ferry company and unfortunately, they do not provide advance bookings for local car ferries.
Try to contact their Zadar office for possible further advice: Zadar + 385 23 254 800, E-mail ag.zadar@jadrolinija.hr

AnaParticipantWhich ferry from Greece is best to use to reach Dubrovnik? Is it better to take ferry from Greece to Ancona or to Bari?My plan is to travel in July this year. Thank you
Ferry to Bari should be better
https://www.travel-file.com/bari-ferries.htm
however, it depends from which place in Greece you plan to travel.
Try to compare ferry schedules with bari to dubrovnik here
https://www.croatiaferries.com/bari-dubrovnik-ferry.htm
and see which schedule suits you better

AnaParticipantWe are planing a trip to Europe and we would like to visit Vis Island. We want to go either from Ancona or from Split. Why it takes 11 hours departing from Italy and only 2 departing from Split?
Hi Sofia, there are no direct ferries from Ancona to Vis island, you would need to go via Split and change ferry there. That's the reason why it takes so long.
All ferries from Ancona to Split are here: https://www.croatiaferries.com/ancona-split-ferry.htm
All ferries to Vis are here:https://www.croatiaferries.com/vis-island-ferries.htm
AnaParticipantIf we take our 45 seat coach on your ferry, does the price for the coach already include the price for its passengers, or do we have to pay for the passengers + the coach?
the price of coach doesn't include coach passengers, so you have to pay additionally for the passengers.
AnaParticipantI would like know the price for the ferry from Ancona to Zadar in August , 2 adults, one car (VW Passat) and one cabin.
Hi Susanne, up to date quotes for Ancona to Zadar ferry are here:

Unfortunately not
AnaParticipantI am looking at routes to get from Hvar to Rovinj in July.Do you have the times for Ferry Route 101 released? Any suggested alternative options to get to from the south to the north would be appreciated.
Ferry route 101 is not confirmed for 2017. The alternative is to take bus from Split to Rijeka and another bus from Rijeka to Rovinj.
AnaParticipantWhat is the standard time to check-in for a car ferry?
The minimum check in time should be about 15 minutes, however it depends how busy is the ferry line and how long are the queues. Local car ferries are booked on first-come first served basis only.
March 27, 2017 at 8:43 pm in reply to: Is there a car ferry that runs from Hvar to Brac in June? #2844

No, there is no car ferry Hvar to Brac.

https://www.croatiaferries.com/split-supetar-ferry.htm
About 2 hrs total journey time.March 24, 2017 at 11:15 am in reply to: Ferry from Rijeka to Novalja, Pag and connection-bus to Zadar #2840
AnaParticipantWe are planning a trip trough Croatia where we want to travel with the ferry from Rijeka to Novalja an then we would travel to Zadar. We have seen that the ferry arrives 17.40 in Novalja https://www.croatiaferries.com/rijeka-novalja-ferry.htm and the Bus from Novalja to Zadar leaves 17.50 https://www.travel-file.com/novalja-zadar-buses.htm . Do you know if this connection does work in one part, so we could travel from Rijeka to Zadar via Novalja in one day (few hours) ..?
I am not exactly sure but I believe this connection works fine. Most of the ferries are usually connected by buses.
The best is to always double check with the bus provider – in this case it is Antonio Tours Pag, antoniotours.hr
