Most of current ferry schedules for 2012 are temporary, we are still waiting for final confirmation

I checked 18th of June and could not find any ferry from Istria to Venice.
You would need to go a day earlier, on Sunday…

Yes, there is a ferry on Tuesdays thad goes from Hvar to Dubrovnik.

Yes, it is possible to get from Vis island to Brac island without having to travel back to Split.
On Tuesdays, take ferry from Vis to Hvar:

re waiting time:
As you will be using this ferry in May it is very unlikely, even on weekend, that you will have to wait for long hours.
This is a very frequent and established ferry line run by local company (Rapska Plovidba) serving this short distance route over the channel and it should be fine in May.
If its winter time, when strong Bura wind is blowing, it could be sometimes unpredictable, but in May it should be nice and enjoyable

Hi & Welcome to our forum
To the best of our knowledge yes, you are reading schedules correctly and yes, you can do the plan c version of the trip as described.
Other versions of your plan (a and b) are also doable as described.
Note – changes to ferry scheduled are always possible by either ferry company or by government’s body that is regulating it. Nevertheless, in my opinion, it is unlikely.

I would like to get from Split to Dubrovnik via Hvar island and Korcula island, staying a night or 2 on each island (around the 18-20 of June).
Is possible to do this with the car?
If so, what lines do we have to use?
And, what would be the approximate cost (car + 3 passengers)?

I am wanting to purchase two return tickets from Split to Korcula departing 29 May 2012 and returning 1 June 2012.
For ferry that sails in May you can buy tickets just day before departure.
When you arrive in Split you can buy it then.
There will be spaces on ferry available.
Same apply for Korcula.

I would like to know if is posible to go to Polace in Mljet from Dubrovnik for one day excursion in Easter (2-8 April) if not, I would like to know if there is some private companies that can do it.
